A step-by-step guide when purchasing a property developed by New San Jose Builders, Inc.
 
› Sales and Documentation Flow Chart
 
Step 1: Reservation
  Reserve a unit in The Victoria Towers with our Sales Person.
 
Step 2: Forms
  Fill up the following required forms:
1. Reservation Application
2. Buyer's Information Sheet
 
Step 3: Reservation Deposit
  Reservation fee of Php 10,000/unit is required. Payments may be made thru the following options.
1. Cash
2. Cheque
3. Wire Transfer
 
*An Acknowledgement Receipt will be issued upon receipt of cheque/payment. The Official Receipt will be issued after the 3-day clearing period.
 
Step 4: Confirmation
  Confirmation of your reservation will reflect on the Offer Sheet provided by the Sales Person.
 
Step 5: Submission of Requirements
  Requirements should be sumbitted within 15 to 30 days upon reservation.
   
 
› In-House
1. Photocopy of any valid ID (ex. Postal ID, SSS, GSIS and Driver's License)
2. Proof of Address (Meralco Bill, Water Bill)
3. TIN Number
4. Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate
5. Three (3) pcs. 1x1 picture
6. Post dated cheques
 
 
› PAG-IBIG
1. Photocopy of any valid ID (ex. Postal ID, SSS, GSIS and Driver's License)
2. Proof of Address (Meralco Bill, Water Bill)
3. TIN Number
4. Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate
5. Three (3) pcs. 1x1 picture
6. Post dated cheques
7. Pay slip
8. Certificate of Employment
9. Income Tax Return
   
 
› BANK
As per bank's advice/requirement.
 
 
› INTERNATIONAL
1. All requirements above
2. Special Power of Attorney
 
Step 6: Processing of Requirements
  Requirements will be processed within 15 to 30 days.
 
Step 7: Contract to Sell
  The Contract to Sell (In-house, Bank Financing) and Option Agreement (Pag-Ibig) will be processed within two (2) weeks after all necessary documents have been submitted by the buyer. The contracts will be given to the Sales Person.
 
  For International:
  The Contract to Sell (In-house, Bank Financing) and Option Agreement (Pag-Ibig) will be processed within two (2) weeks after all necessary documents have been submitted by the buyer. The contracts will be sent thru mail or email for the buyer's signature.
