Last December, New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI) launched Fort Victoria, the company's most premium development to date. The well-attended event graced by no less than the country's Vice President Noli De Castro and some of the country's dignitaries and celebrities like Senator Francis Escudero, Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino Jr., Cong. Teddy “Boy” Locsin, and Taguig Mayor Sigfredo Tinga among others was a celebration of the project coupled with good food, fine wine, a photo exhibit and great music provided by Sitti in a very elegant setting.
The Victoria brand started roughly two years ago with Victoria Towers, which was well received by clients here and abroad because of the prime location and affordability that the address afforded. It was followed with t wo equally distinguished dwellings—Victoria Station and Victoria de Manila. These distinctive urban dwelling choices were brought to roadshows in the US, Middle East and Europe. “With Fort Victoria, the Victoria brand which has become a distinguished name for modern and practical venues for enjoying the convenience of living within the bustling metropolis, is now in four locations,” shares Rey Vergara, NSJBI President, “we are very excited about this project.”
Fort Victoria, an iconic structure represents the forward-mindedness of the company in all aspects. Fort Victoria's shape and structure is not only responsive of different planning factors like space requirements, site constraints, market demand, and budget but also reflective of a very distinct and eloquently modern style that has the right form, function and addresses modern day living requirements. It is composed of three juxtaposed towers- Tower A has 55 storeys, towers B and C have 51 storeys each – all rising from a podium that will house amenities, commercial areas, al fresco dining spaces and a grand fountain in the middle of the driveway. The towers—Tower A has 14 units per floor and Towers B & C have 16 units per floor—are designed not have inner units. As such, the structures curve to capture commanding views of the golf course and the Fort Bonifacio development. All three towers have open courts for ventilation and light and parking has a one is to one ratio within a six-level basement parking.
Each unit measures between 40 to 45 sqm that you can divide into two or three bedrooms depending on your needs. You can also combine adjacent units for bigger space. Bay windows are incorporated on the loft level to maximize the views.
